Humanity has become accustomed to a mortal life within the material world where everyone's life spans a limited time. What if through technological advancements, we are able to stop or reverse aging? What would be the implications of immortal life?

Immortality can help to significantly improve the patience in humankind potentially resulting in more thoughtfulness of human kind. Immortality may induce the idea that there is always a tomorrow and hence negatively influence the humankind's desire to achieve.
